When you pin an item, it will have an icon (set in the plugin parameters).
Page Up (Q by default) will pin an item and Page Down (W by default) will unpin it.

If I pin a weapon, it appears invisible in the items tab. If I unpin any pinned item, it unpins all other pinned items too.
